EFL outlines e-initiative­s for easier access

With the continuous improvemen­t of Energy Fiji Limited (EFL) processes, listed below are a few einitiativ­es that can assist all our valued customers.

This is in line with the Government’s digitisati­on initiative­s.

1. EFL Bill on Demand: Allows EFL Customers on the Vodafone network to access their current EFL bill amounts directly on their smart phones using these simple steps.

Step 1: Dial *1333# and select option 1:

Check My Bill – Press Send

Step 2: Enter the EFL Account number (10 Digits) – Press Send. Please note there will be a cost of $0.18cents by Vodafone.

2. EFL On-line Portal: EFL Customers can also register onto the EFL On-Line Portal to access their EFL Bills (current or past) or to register issues concerning their electricit­y supply.

3.EFL E-Billing: EFL Account Holders can register for EFL e-Billing and receive their monthly EFL Bills via email.

Registrati­on can be done as follows:

■ EFL Account Holder to send in a written request with a valid photo ID for verificati­on

■ Identify the EFL Account Number

■ Nominate an active and frequently accessed personal email address

■ Email requests with the required details can be sent to Customer.Services@efl.com.fj

4. Paying Your EFL Bills: Either through internet banking, phone banking, Vodafone MPAiSA, Digicel Mobile Money and Vodafone QR Pay. In addition to this, payments can also be made, at any MH/ MaxVal-u Stores, EFL Bill Pay Agents or at the following EFL Customer Care Centres (EFL Head Office Suva, EFL Customer Care Lautoka or EFL Customer Care Centre Labasa).
