New Ground Handlers For Fiji Airways
Oceania Aviation is the new groundling service provider for Fiji Airways flights to Australia.
The Australian-owned company said the contract will cover Fiji Airways flights to Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

On a social media platform, Oceania Aviation announced its new partnership with the national carrier.
Before the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Fiji Airways flew to 13 countries including Australia and 23 cities, Oceania Aviation said in its announcement.
The contract commenced from June 22, 2020 in Sydney with freighter services, a company statement said.
Exceptional service
“We look forward to providing Fiji Airways with our exceptional ground services in the safest, most compliant and efficient way and delivered by our dedicated and committed employees,” Oceania Aviation said.
Questions sent to the company and to Fiji Airways remained unanswered when this edition went to press.But Fiji Airways previously used the British-owned ground handlers Menzies Aviation in Australia.
Oceania Aviation said it provided professional and efficient ground handling services to leading airlines, and supply and maintain innovative ground handling equipment. According to the company website, Oceania Aviation is in partnership with a number of airlines including Jetstar Airways, Qantas, Australian regional airline Pelican, rotary and fixed wing aircraft services company Hevilift, Australian air charter operator Alliance and, Virgin Australia.
The company is located at 14 airports, 13 of which are in Australia, and Faleolo International Airport in Apia.
Oceania Aviation first commenced ground handling operations in June 1996, and now have over 350 staff in 14 locations across Australia and the Pacific.
