Rakiraki market vendor Renu Lal has had an account with Courts Fiji for 27 years. “I remember when they were still Burns Philip then it was called the Red-Hot Bargain Centre,” Ms Lal said.
“Most of the items inside my house is from Courts, from my furniture to electrical appliances,” she said.
She recalls her first fridge she bought from Courts that is now more than 20 years old and is still in good condition.
“I love shopping with them because they have good brands that are good quality.
“My fridge is more than 20 years and is still in good condition.”
Originally from Ba she now lives in Rakiraki.
“Courts Rakiraki is my favourite place to visit when I am in town, they always have something happening in-store, the items are affordable and their staff make us feel at home.”
Meanwhile, fellow vendor Sunila Wati said she has been with Courts for five years and would be sticking with them because of their good customer service.

“I don’t have electricity at home, I have solar.
“I had brought my solar panels from them; I like that they have a wide range of solar appliances to choose from.
“It’s like I can almost say brought light to my home.”
The two ladies are always on the lookout for the Red Pen Deals, especially during the Courts roadshows. Meanwhile they are saving up for special occasions and events like Mother’s, Father’s Day including Diwali and Raksha Bandhan.
