-

Sarju Prasad is the national president Shree Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha.

This year, Deepa celebrated at the entire worl with the social and ec the COVID- 19 pand these setbacks the e celebrate Deepawali intact.

We sincerely hope “Sanjeevani Booty” f vation will be discover The essence of Dee rived from the upani Astoma Sadgamaya, otirgamaya Mr oity Gamaya meaning ‘ Laxmi please lead u hood to truth, from d norance to light of k from misery of death to light of immortalit

During Deepawali, we find ourselves surrounded and illuminated by the effulgence of the external lights but we often overlook to illuminate the lamps within.

It is time we strive to light the lamps of love and compassion and listen to the voice within. Love is the true character of humanity. As we prepare to celebrate Diwali, we should think of the ways in which we can contribute to community life (society) in addition to indulging in festivities.

This is the true spirit of Deepawali and this is why its popularity has spread all over the world today. Deepawali is the time to take stock of ourselves and reflect and focus on the virtues of harmonious coexistence.

Lord Rama dwells in every being and he is the light which inspires us to love all and serve all.

We should always be mindful of those who are less fortunate than us and deserve our compassion and care.

If we cannot serve God in the forms of our unfortunate brothers and sisters, then how can we seek to realise the formless God.

As the national president of the Shree Sanatan Dharm Pratinidhi Sabha Fiji, I pray that God Almighty gives each and every citizen of our beloved nation the strength and the wisdom to understand the message of Deepawali and may the light of knowledge shine in every heart. May Deepawali bring peace, progress and prosperity to all of us.
