“This includes follow-up refresher training for every staff member,” chief executive officer Rodney Nand said.
“All staff members are coached to handle events, crisis and other issues, record keeping assisting investigations by other authorities when the need arises,” he said.

“But normally there are costs involved as providing security services have a lot of cost components attached to them.”
Established
Established in 1987 in the Northern Division (Vanua Levu), the company’s priority is to provide efficient safety services for their clients in the division.
During that time, the company provided services like foot patrolling and static guard services only.
In 2016, the company decided to expand its services to Viti Levu and since then it has expanded in terms of the services it provides to its customers.

He also said they have had a number of incidents where PSS guards or response teams successfully tracing and apprehending offenders. “These varied in where our services are carried out such as at retail shops and residential premises,” Mr Nand said.
“We also recruit and deploy reliable personnel who undergo induction training first to ensure that services delivered by them, with support provided by our 24/7 control hub and on the ground fleet is aligned to our role as a security service provider.
“Our clients can be assured that our response team will be there for their aid all the time.”
