- OSEA BOLA SUVA Edited by Leone Cabenatabua

The Fiji Sports Council (FSC) headquarters has begun selling tickets for the 2021 Fiji Finals which will be held at the ANZ Stadium in Suva next week.

Based in Laucala Bay, Suva near the FMF Gymnasium– FSC, the venue provider is the only official outlet assigned by Games organisers, the Fiji Secondary School Athletics Association (FSSAA) to sell tickets.

In conjunction with the FSSAA, the Council wishes to advise the general public that the only available tickets remaining on sale for the Games are the grass and concrete embankment tickets. Grandstand tickets were sold prior by the organisers.

Council chief executive, Litiana Loabuka urges all interested parties to purchase tickets early to avoid disappointment.

“We will continue to adhere to the 50 per cent seating capacity for venues under the Ministry of Health Post-COVID-19 guidelines and given this, limited tickets are available.

We have always encouraged presale purchases which assists us operationally with easier foottraffic controls upon entering the ANZ Stadium.”

The concrete embankment is $12 while the grass embankment is also $12.

The Games will be from Thursday, April 22 to Saturday, April 24 and the Council is also strongly advising the general public to take precaution when attending the event.

Tickets this year have also evolved into wrist-band tickets which will be highly visible for security purposes.

“Patrons are advised upon purchasing tickets to take extra care to look after your tickets.

Do not lose them as in the previous years, there will not be replacements issued and these will be fastened onto your wrist.”
