NAMES OF PROVINCIAL CANDIDATES TO BE RELEASED SOON, DATE NOT CONFIRMED

New Generation Party’s Frederick Kataiwai says they would be releasing some names of their provincial candidates soon.

However, at the moment, Mr Kataiwai said they could not give any specific date.

“We are trying to seek divine wisdom first at this time, so we won’t be forced to go with the escalating things happening in the political arena.”

Mr Kataiwai said the next step heading into the 2022 General Election was for the party to establish a governance structure.

This follows the recent announcement of Varinava Tiko as the acting party leader and the release of the party manifesto last week.

He said the party would form a prayer group before releasing the names of its candidates.
