Stabilizing fuel prices

During COVID -19 fuel prices hit rock bottom. Our smart borrower quickly imposed an extra 20 cents per litre. Now when the fuel prices are gone sky high can the good caring Government and the FCCC chief use the extra fuel tax they collected to normalise the fuel price to a reasonable price.
