Consumer Commission to review minibus fares

The Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission is calling on minibus operators to raise their opinions about fares.

Members of the public have also been encouraged to provide their views, comments and suggestions on current and future minibus fares.

Anyone who wishes to make submissions are required submit the following documents:

■La■d Transport Authority (LTA) Minibus Permit;

■Fi■a■cia●s for the past three (3) years

■Curre■t minibus fares and proposed minibus fares, with justification(s);

■Service and maintenance schedule(s)

■Route as per permit and the distance

■Number of trips per day for the permitted routes and corresponding fares;

■Mode● and make year of the minibus

■A■y other relevant information

Submissions can be submitted in writing or emailed to transport@fccc. gov.fj.

Deadline for the submission is next Friday.
