I don’t know how the incident happened and it would be sad to blame the parents. However, I urge parents to spend more time with their kids. Get them involved in cultural and religious activities so that they can learn what is right and wrong.

Children nowadays are exposed more to social media and can access sites which are restricted to them. Parents have no control over this. Parents and guardians should always be watchful when children are accessing their phones.

Veena Wati The discipline level done to adults should also be done to these children. It is a good thing that the 10-year-old was arrested. If parents cannot teach their children, there are better institutions that can teach them.
