Describe a typical day at work?

Start at seven and finishes at eight, no lunch every day.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Running, squash and Broncos.

When at home what do you like to eat?

A relatively simple meal. One of my favourites is the tuna that comes out of the Solomon Islands.

What is your motto in life? Like Nike – just do it.

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOURSELF AS A LEADER?

I try to lead by example – don’t say one thing and do another.
