O’Neal works on idea of buying Orlando Magic
Los Angeles: Shaquille O’Neal played 19 seasons in the NBA and from that he consolidated a successful career that was also reflected in an estimated net worth of US$400 million.
However, several financial experts claim that his greatest income comes from the investments he made in various businesses once he retired from professional basketball.
During an episode of his podcast “The Big Podcast with Shaq,” the 50-year-old former athlete referred to his interest in buying an NBA franchise.
“Dennis, we have the money. You don’t have to worry about the money. This message goes out to the DeVos family. If you’re ready to sell the Orlando Magic, sell it to someone who will take it to the next level. That’s us!” he said.
