TWO REGULARS, 12 NEW FACES IN CRICKET SIDE

Only two regulars are named in the national cricket women’s team preparing for the Pacific Cup On October 5 to 12 at Port Vila, Vanuatu.

The two are Ruci Kaiwai Muriyalo and Ilisapeci Vulisere Waqavakatoga who have ben also named as captain and vice respectively

The 12 uncapped reps are Karalaini Vesu Vakuruivalu, Ateca Kainoco, Melaia Biu, Olivia Sekilekutu Tavo, Talei Colati, Maevhanisi Erasito, Lagakali Lomani, Sulia Tuitoga,

Volau Mataki, Kiera Amoe, Elizabeth Rokoro and Ana Gonerara.

Also named are four reserves who be part of the team’s preparation as injury cover.

They are Mereani Rodan, Rosie Salaiwai, Sereima Adikula and Ilivema Erenavula.

The team will be coached by Iniasi Cakacaka.
