The undefeated Seaqaqa side will take on Nadogo in the Premier Division semifinal of the Courts Inter-district Championship tomorrow at 12pm at the HFC Bank Stadium.

Seaqaqa won 2-0 against Nasinu in their first game after beating Rakiraki 2-1 at Bidesi Park yesterday.

National Under-19 rep and Seaqaqa striker Mohammed Fataul Raheem was a key player for the side.

He returned with the Junior Bula Boys last Sunday after belping Fiji qualify in the FIFA Under-20 World Cup.

“I was out for national duties but I’m proud that these boys were working hard preparing for the IDC,” Raheem said.

“It’s good to be back with my team and we are happy to have qualified for the semifinals.

“We are looking for a win and I know the boys will do it.

“We have played against Nadogo in the past but this one will be tough.”

Raheem also played along his older brother Mohammed Ataul.

“I would like to thank our parents for always supporting us in our games.”

President Lakhan Kumar said: “This is a development team; three Under 17 and U19 players are in this side.

“We are facing Nadogo, we have beaten them twice so we are aiming for the final.

“We would like to thank all those who have supported us throughout our journey.”
