Real estate agents play a very crucial role in sales and leasing of properties. Some assume that their work only involves finding a buyer/lessee for properties, but they forget that these agents are often the last in any such transaction to get paid. These were the words of Jasons Realty national rental and property manager, Shaneet Chand.

He said: “Therefore, our job with full professionalism requires us to provide feedbacks/ follow ups to our clients and with educating clients on the process and regulated laws governing real estate sector in Fiji.

“I believe, we as real estate agents help client(s) successfully achieve their real estate needs and smoothen the process until settlements/possession date.”

Mr Chand has been employed with Jasons Realty for two and a half years and so far the journey has been empowering.

He said he had grown from where he initial ly started. He thanked management for seeing the potential in him.

“We as a company have achieved some good results and looking forward for better years,” he said.

He said he assisted his clients in getting their finance checked/approved.

“We as real estate agents carry out multiple personally escorted viewings to the property, we assist clients with solicitors/valuers/surveyors,” Mr Chand added.

“Apart from this we ensure clients get frequent feedbacks from FRCS/Lands/ITLTB and other stakeholders in regards to their purchase. Like I said our job is to smoothen the whole process.”

Mr Chand also said Jasons Realty currently had good stock of vacant lots available around Fiji and some beautiful homes available too.

“One of our very recent listing’s include a 4 bedrooms elevated level freehold property selling at Caubati off the main Kings highway, the property awaits its new owner and offers a piece of elegant and modern day real estate,” he said.

“The property is selling as tender, thus get in touch with me today to experience and chance to own this magnificent property.

“In what I have experienced and what we sell at Jasons, business is good everywhere in Fiji it’s just us reaching to each and every individual on ground.

“We sell locally, and we do it right. We have

offices in Suva, Nadi, Ba and Labasa which serves clients across all major towns and cities around Fiji.

“At Jasons, we reach out to people needing our assistance at very grass root level and we are really proud on the achievements of all our clients.”

Why Jasons?

While Mr Chand was studying real estate at the University of South Pacific, he admired to be part of Fiji’s real estate sector.

Though he had theoretical knowledge but he needed more of ground experience, where he was blessed to be given an opportunity by Jason to be part of the Jasons Realty brand. “The management and staff of Jasons Realty has given a splendid journey to my real estate career and being part of the brand is remarkable,” he said.

“I attain similar field qualifications, also in real estate you narrate your own income, it depends on the hard yards you put into it. “I love challenging myself to achieve better results day-by-day where about I take each tasks hands on. Apart from this, I love travelling and seeing new places, therefore I believe this is the perfect career for me.”

Advice

“My only advise to the buyers is that the prices of properties will not drop anytime soon, however, it is not what it used to be back 10 years from now, thus there is never a better time to buy the property but now. Call us now and let us assist you to your dream home,” Mr Chand said.
