Top Drua Player gets Hoover Player of the Match, in all Super Rugby matches
The “Hoover Player of the match” receives a $500 Home & Living Shopping voucher after every game
Vinod Patel and Home and Living’s partnership with the Fijian Drua has been extended to another two years with the agreement signed at their Centrepoint branch at Laucala Beach, Suva yesterday.
In the Drua’s first Pacific Super Rugby outing last year Vinod Patel and Home and Living sponsored the Drua player of the match in all their home games with a $500 voucher. They have extended that all the 14 games starting this year of which Drua chief executive officer Mark Evans acknowledged the company’s continued support.
An independent panel of experts will select the Home and Living Player of the match.
The result will be announced via Drua’s social media platform soon after fulltime.

Player of the Match award for all Super Rugby Pacific matches. “Their commitment will help the club provide our players with the resources they need to do even better
in our second season.”

Meanwhile, the Home Living Player of the Match awards from the Drua’s first season (home matches only) were won by Apisalome Vota (3) (Drua vs Chiefs, Drua vs Moana Pasifika and Drua vs Melbourne Rebels), Vinaya Habosi (2) (Drua vs Waratahs, Drua vs Highlanders), while Joseva Tamani and Onisi Ratave were awarded one each in the game against Western Force and Brumbies respectively.
The Drua will kick off its 2023 season on February 24 against Moana Pasifika at Mt. Smart Stadium in Auckland.
