Majestic Palms Fiji Pte Limited new subdivision launch in Tovata, Nasinu has generated lot of buzz with buyers.

Mr Nand said the site that we developing belonged to his grandparents.
“A lot of childhood memories are buried on this land. On my thoughts of going back and do something on my motherland, what could have been better place than this land. “However, it was put on tender by TLTB and I had to bid out through other tenders.”
He said they had a mixture of land available.
“Currently in stage one, we have on offer up-market buyers with magnificent views of Central Eastern parts of country, and we also have lots midrange market buyers,” Mr Nand said.
He also said in Navakaravi, they have 3 stages with total of 30 lots.
“Stage one is up for sale, this will be followed by stage 2 and then 3,” he added.
He said this development was more beneficial to the landowners and to first timers who were looking for home and land or land only to build their dream home.
“As everyone are aware there is hardly land left between Suva and Nausori corridor. We shall Aldo benefit through normal company sales,” Mr Nand said.
“This development if carried out and finished on time, marks success rate. With this success and confidence, TLTB can issue more development opportunities, hence growth.”
