Shaenaz Voss Retiring

Fiji Airways chief customer experience, officer and Fiji Link chief executive officer Shaenaz Voss will retire on June 1.

Fiji Airways Group managing director and chief executive officer, Andre Viljoen, issued a statement in a company memorandum yesterday.

“It is with mixed emotions that we announce the retirement of Shaenaz Voss, chief customer experience, officer and CEO of Fiji Link,” he said.

“After 15 years with the company, Shaenaz has decided to take a welldeserved break and focus on her other passions in life. Shaenaz unwavering commitment to providing exceptional customer experience has been an inspiration to us all.

“Her tireless efforts have helped shape the customer experience team and her legacy will continue to be felt long after her departure.

“Thank you, Shaenaz, for your commitment to excellence and your years of dedicated service to the company. Please join me in wishing her a happy, healthy, and fulfilling retirement,” he said.

Ms Voss shared the following on her LinkedIn account: “I started at Fiji Airways 14 years ago as a regional general manager for Fiji and the Pacific Islands and have watched our carrier mature to become one of the world’s most resilient international airlines.”

“Grateful to spend my weeks working with a family of serviceobsessed executives, crew, and staff, which includes some of Fiji’s most talented women leaders, and with organisations that bring out the best of Fiji, including the Paralympic Committee.
