Meatballs: • Season Crest Chicken Supreme Mince in a bowl with salt & pepper. Mix thoroughly & make little balls. • Roll Crest Chicken Supreme Mince balls in flour and set aside. • In a deep fry pan, heat up your oil and gently add the meatballs. Turn over gently once firm and golden brown. • Remove from oil & place on paper towel to drain oil. Sauce: • Crush garlic and ginger & add to heated oil in a pot. • Cook for 1 minute and add in tomato sauce, sweet chilli sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir through gently & add meatballs. Simmer 5 minutes. • Chop onion, carrot, capsicum and celery - julienne style. • Once your vegetables are ready add them to the simmering Spicy Meatballs & sauce. Mix through thoroughly and you’re done!
