500 gm bone­less chicken, cut into cubes 1 egg 1 tea­spoon co­rian­der pow­der ½ tea­spoon chilli pow­der ¼ tea­spoon turmeric pow­der 12 -15 curry leaves 1 tea­spoon ginger paste 1 tea­spoon gar­lic paste 4 ta­ble­spoons pea be­san 1 tea­spoon corn flour 1-2 chill­ies, fine chopped with­out seeds Salt to taste Oil for deep fry­ing

Add egg, co­rian­der pow­der, chili pow­der, turmeric, curry leaves, ginger and gar­lic paste, and salt in a bowl. Toss the chicken cubes in the bowl and mix well. Keep it aside for 10 min­utes. Add the be­san and corn flour to the bowl and mix well. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken cubes un­til they turn golden brown
