PCN 10 front court

TEN members associated with the People’s Community Network (PCN) charged with multiple fraudulent offences will have their case called before the Suva Magistrates Court on September 12.

Former PCN director Semiti Qalowasa, the Rev Akuila Yabaki, Father Kevin Barr, Cama Raimuria, Aisake Casimira, Suliana Siwatibau, Samuela Alivereti Saumatua, Mere Krishna, Chantelle Khan and Vijay Naidu appeared before Magistrate Jioji Boseiwaqa on Tuesday, charged by the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission (FCCC) with one count each of accepting payments without being able to supply, of misleading conduct and of unconscionable conduct under the Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission Act 2010. The accused were released on bail.
