Better option

WITH hearty admiration of the calculations and explanations, the rent option may be cheaper if it only concerned one generation.

I think all tenants (and would be) should take immediate steps to own a house.

If the parents are not able to pay it off, their children will.

To free ourselves from the renting life, proper financial plans are needed. Our goals in life should not be limited to ourselves only but beyond (our children).
