It’s a party at the gardens in Suva
PARADISE Beverages is the major sponsor for the Thurston Music & Food Festival for its third year running.
This major sponsorship puts the newly released Fiji Gold Moli at the forefront of Suva's most anticipated annual event where local live music, performing arts talent and talented food vendors converge to provide a fulfilled day for the family.
Knox Entertainment Co-directors Inoke 'Knox' Kalounisiga and Ellana Kalounisiga thanked Paradise Beverages for believing and supporting the festival and the entertainment scene in the country.
"Knox Entertainment is proud to work with Paradise Beverages as our major sponsor of the Thurston food and music festival once again.
Paradise Beverages are big supporters of the live music industry in Fiji and their support is very much appreciated," Ms Kalounisiga.
Some of the talented acts you can expect at this years festival includes Inside Out, Knox, Nem and Talei, Groove Co, Streets Fiji, The Gang, VOU, Hope Band, Rako and Glass Alley.
General manager marketing and NPD, Rowena Taito said "Music is an art and takes a lot of behind the scenes work for the 3 to 4minutes that we see artists perform.
"We're so blessed in Fiji to be able to come out and watch local talented musicians in a family, friendly environment with promising weather, great food and drinks. The music industry in Fiji is just as important to Paradise as it is to our community because it brings people together to make new memories or reconnect old ones whilst providing a platform for musicians to showcase their talent which for some of them is their main income."
Paradise's commitment to music in Fiji stretches long and wide encompassing not only numerous festival sponsorships in the past decade but also many more events at nightclubs, resorts as well as sponsorship of up and coming musicians as collaborative partners, Inside Out and recently DJ Chritsonite.
While Fiji Gold Moli will be the major beer brand at Thurston Music & Food Festival, attendees can expect a variety of drinks from our portfolio, such as Fiji's first beer brand, 60 years and running - Fiji Bitter, Fiji's number one brand, Fiji Gold, Vonu Ultra Low Carb, Tribe, Joskes Brew. We will also have our variety of our global award winning Bati and Ratu rums, not just as drinks but infused in food by the talented Kristal Lavaki who is one of the innovative foodies for the event.
