We have always enjoyed them with tea or with the usual touch of butter and jam for a quick and easy bite.

Served with toppings or similar to a sandwich filling, the FMF wholemeal breakfast cracker will make a quick, easy and delicious breakfast or a healthy snack. Cheese spread, tomato, herbs and chili

■ Two FMF wholemeal cracker;

■ One teaspoon cheese spread;

■ Two thick slices of tomato;

■ Coriander or spring onion for garnish;

■ Sprinkles of chopped chili.

Chocolate peanut butter, banana and edible cake sprinkles

■ One FMF wholemeal breakfast cracker

■ One tablespoon chocolate peanut butter

■ Four banana slices dipped in melted chocolate

peanut butter

■ Garnish with edible cake sprinkles such as hundreds and thousands Sour cream, cheese and tomato flavour

■ Two FMF wholemeal breakfast cracker

■ One tablespoon flavoured sour cream spread

(add 1/8 of grated cheddar cheese and one sachet show tomato flavour into one small tub of sour cream and mix to make spread)
