WALKING around Sapporo you will find bicycles parked everywhere around the city. You will find them parked at the bus stations, train stations, offices, shops, supermarkets and even at the Sapporo Dome. I believe the only reason they are parked everywhere like this is because there are very little chance of it getting stolen. Do it in Fiji, same time gone.
