PUNJAS flour facility incorporates the latest technology available worldwide in flour milling and was designed and installed by Switzerland-based Buhler Group. It is one of the world's leading flourmill engineering companies, and is of a standard second to none in the world.
The mill produces a wide range of flours such as normal flour, roti flour, bakers flour, noodle flour, atta flour, whole meal and semolina for the domestic and exports markets as well as mill-mix for animal feed.
Since the commencement of production in 2005 all Punjas flour variants have been fortified with essential vitamins and minerals such as iron, calcium, thiamine (vitamin B1), riboflavin (vitamin B2), niacin (vitamin B3), folic acid (vitamin B9) etc. in accordance with government regulations as recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).
Punjas roti flour is made from premium quality Australian wheat which is cleaned and prepared for ultimate purity and is hygienically packed and sealed, with advanced technology, for lasting freshness. The natural flavours are retained and there are no artificial colours or flavours used in the manufacturing process.
All the natural nutritional values are maintained making it an excellent source of protein and fiber that is fortified with iron and vitamins for good health.
Punjas flour new 2 kg and 4 kg normal flour, roti flour and 500 gms self raising flour packs now come in tough and durable packs with vibrant colors made of multiple laminated layers of scientifically engineered barrier film. This results in specific barrier properties to keep flour fresher for longer. Packs are scratch resistant and more durable and also creating stability and strength for the package to stand erect. As minor scratches do not tear these packs so enables flour to be shipped over long distances. They also protect the contents from germs, odour and moisture.
