Looking To the Future:

- Michael Gann Managing Director of NIL

Nawi is working diligently to maintain our construction schedule and be operational in time for the America’s Cup Yacht Races to be hosted in Auckland, New Zealand in 2021. Nawi is grateful for the continued support of the Fiji Development Bank and the government stakeholders, including the Prime Minister. Nawi’s Managing Director met the Prime Minister at a program in Savusavu to thank him for the support granted by the government for the project and his government’s blessing to make the development happen under the Look North Policy. NIL is also looking forward to the launch of our Nawi Island Residential Real Estate in September 2019. Nawi aims to maintain and support Savusavu Town’s “green city” initiative with an emphasis on marine preservation. Nawi intends to collaborate with Fiji’s other marinas, as well as some of the local, prominent resorts and stakeholders, to work together to support Savusavu and maintain its natural allure both above and below the ocean. Through the use of local resources and a design that dialogues with nature, Nawi will provide a new standard of sustainable luxury and organic design style architecture, not only in Fiji but also globally. Nawi strives to minimize its environmental footprint as well as utilize a sustainable approach and, as such, will be one of the most environmentally responsible and sustainable developments in Fiji.

“Our Development team and owners take great pride in this project and work with a great love for Fiji and its environment. Providing opportunity, employment and skills training for the local people and an overall enhancement of the national economy is the ultimate goal.”
