After reading about NCDs and how women were outliving men, a Sugar City resident decided to make healthy eating choices.

He proudly told his wife that oatmeal would be his breakfast meal of choice.

“I hope I develop a taste for this stuff, it’s kind of hard to chew and swallow,” he told his wife after his first bowl.

“How long did you cook it?” she asked.

“Oi, you’re supposed to cook it?” was his sheepish response.
