THE 2019 Chow Games kicks off this weekend in what promises to be an exciting show of rugby from our primary school students.

Pacific Sprint King Banuve Tabakaucoro, who came through

Chow Games rugby tournament, launched the tournament with the

Fiji Primary School Athletics Association and FMF

Foods Ltd last week.

He says that developing grass roots athletics in Fiji is his focus and being part of the games is a great way of helping young athletes develop.

About 18 districts with more than 1700 athletes are set to take part this year.

The 2019 Chow Games will begin this Friday with the finals set to take place on Saturday at the ANZ Stadium in Suva.
