New addition reinforces bank’s commitment

HFC Bank’s newest addition to their ATM fleet continues to reinforce the bank’s commitment to ensuring the best of services for its customers.

The bank opened the ATM at the Flagstaff Plaza in Suva which according to the bank highlights its dedication and commitment to ensuring that they meet the banking needs of its customers while continuing to underline the bank’s commitment to their digital strategy.

“Being 100 per cent local, we are passionate about the needs of our customers.

“We are continuous­ly exploring more innovative banking initiative­s to meet their banking needs. We will continue to improve our brand recognitio­n as a reputable and respected player in the banking industry,” HFC Bank chief executive officer Rakesh Ram said.

“The year 2020 will be an exciting year for the bank as we continue to push our digital services and introduce our new digital payments platform,” HFC Bank, manager digital services Joseph Reece said.

According to a statement from the bank, it has an interchang­e agreement with Westpac which means Westpac account holders are also able to use this ATM services.

This is the 11th ATM to be added to the HFC Bank ATM fleet and the second which they have opened in the past three months.

Meanwhile the statement stated that with HFC Bank continuing to expand access to its services throughout Fiji, the bank is also working on a new digital payments platform which will lead to a simpler, more convenient and innovative way of banking for its customers.
