Herbal option

SHOULD we really just brush aside herbal treatment and herbal medicine? I think that they do have their place in prevention and cure, provided that it is done properly and the disease or sickness is met by a well and truly tried treatment and medicine to properly match. In any case, it is derived directly from nature.

However, it is important that we realise that formal medical treatment and medicine also has its place and more so, to supplement and complement where necessary and definitely should not be just brushed aside as well.
