TO my very good neighbour, Sukha Singh.

I believe anyone that asks about the above is being sarcastic, imperfect and is an unschooled citizen.

Please remember, if our citizens are imperfect and no school, then our Government cannot be perfect too.

This is certainly not my view.

This was relayed to me by our very perfect and schooled neighbour.
