Sponge at park

OMG Sukha Singh, did the Labasa Town Council actually sponge Subrail Park? (FT 1/12)

That has to be the height of ..... I can’t find the word to fit that.

Mr Prime Minister, could you give a medal to the Labasa Town Council, say Kava Place parliament awards them with it. Oh now I get it The Salato Leaf Medal.
