Marshall’s huge deal

BENJI Marshall is reportedly being targeted by the UK Super League, with a bigmoney offer on the table as the footy star explores his options after being cut loose by the Wests Tigers.

The joint-venture club, who Marshall debuted for as a teenager in 2003, told the 35-year-old he was even though he is keen to play on. He is yet to finalise a deal with another NRL team, but English club Hull has shown interest.

A move to the UK would see him link up with former Tigers teammate and assistant coach Brett Hodgson, Hull’s new head coach.
