$3600 raised for STC Yasa victims

KULA Kei Uluivuya Entertainment partnered with Bua Urban Youth Network and Weta Coffee in a fundraiser that collected more than $3600 to assist people affected by the cyclone.

The music group said the funds were raised last Saturday.

“We had a discussion with Mue Bentley Fisher of Weta Coffee to hold the fundraising drive in conjunction with our Saturday band nights,” the group said.

The team will deliver rations to the affected families today.

Bua Urban Youth Network co-ordinator Alisi Rabukawaqa said they would distribute the relief packs to the worst affected areas.
