Immunity section
IS everyone the same under the law? If so, why then do we have the differentiating clauses under the immunity sections of the Constitution? Why even have an immunity section?
I believe Chapter 10 of the Constitution was crafted to protect coup perpetrators.
Chapter 11 Section 159 (2) (a) extends this protection into perpetuity. I pose this question to the legal eagles out there: is this perpetuity clause even constitutional given that a foundational principle of democracy is justice and where the right to petition their government for redress of grievances is a cornerstone of that principle?
