Tourney for late coach
TOUCH Fiji Federation has announced the Fiji Gold Raiwaqa Flyers Gladiators Tomasi Uluimoala Memorial Cup tournament that will be held on the first of May in Suva.
There are four pools in the men's division and two pools for women.
Association president Tevita Mau said this tournament was in remembrance of the late national coach, Tomasi Uluimoala.
“It is fitting that we commemorate someone that has really contributed to the sport in a big way,” Mau said.
Uluimoala coached the national team that competed in the Mini Pacific Games in Cook Islands
“When the Raiwaqa Flyers was founded, he was their coach and I am thankful to the current Flyers for hosting the tournament to commemorate Tom.”
