Digital kiosk to provide convenient service to customers
TOWER Insurance has launched a digital kiosk in Asco Motors showroom in Nabua in its efforts to provide a more convenient service to their customers.
According to the country manager Joseph Magnus this was a first for Fiji and the Pacific.
“So we have got customers who can access a quote and buy through their smartphone but if they come into the showroom and they do not have data they can access this.
“At the same time their motor vehicles are covered and they can go out of here with a piece of mind that its fully covered.
“And if they are quoting and purchasing online, they will receive their policy within minutes which they should have on their email.”
The digital kiosk was said to be connected to Tower Insurance online system.
Mr Magnus said rather than having customers run around to the insurance company, they could get their policies or quotes through the digital kiosks or access it through their smart phones.
“We will be rolling it out not only to other Asco branches but to other sights like banks and other showrooms for motor vehicles.
“This is the first one that we’ve launched with Asco and we are looking forward to rolling it out to other companies.”
The rollout was said to have already begun and customers could expect to see more digital kiosks in the coming months.
Asco Motors acting chief executive officer Ronald Kumar said this service complimented their business, value chain and customer convenience.
“We are very proud and we will certainly help in whatever way or form we can and certainly we look forward to growing this partnership not just in Suva but across all our sights in due time.”
