"I love being a mum because I get to live life with my children and watch them grow" she said.

"Now I share the pleasures of also watching my grandchildren grow up too which is such a wonderful experience for many grandmothers.

"As a mother and a farmer I spend my entire morning just working on our farm. I love it here, it's quite peaceful."

She said she is happy to be able to celebrate Mother's Day again as it has been tough because of COVID-19.

"To all mothers who made it through COVID-19 and are still actively supporting their families with their motherly love, and daiIy advice I wish you all a Happy Mother's Day," she said.

"I hope that all mothers will enjoy themselves, wherever they are today."
