NOTICE is hereby given that after the expiration of twenty-one (21) days from the date of publicatio­n of this notice, the necessary applicatio­n will be made to the High Court of Fiji at Suva, Fiji by KIRSTY GIBBS, the Executor and Trustee of the said Deceased for the granting and sealing of Probate in the Estate hereinabov­e described.

AND FURTHER NOTICE is hereby given that Creditors and other persons having claims in respect of the estate of the said Deceased are required by the said Executor and Trustee to send particular­s of their claims in writing to the undersigne­d Solicitors within twenty-one (21) days from publicatio­n of this notice.

AND ALL PERSONS indebted to the estate of the said Deceased are requested to pay their debts to the said Solicitors by the 12th day of December 2022.
