IN just a year, The Beach Club Wailoaloa has managed to become one of the most sought-after spots by locals and tourists at the popular Wailoaloa, Nadi beach strip.

With a regular view of melting sunsets and a 180 degrees angled beach, you are sure to embrace the summer Fiji vibes all year round at the Beach Club.

A hotspot for regulars and those wanting to experience a new place, the beach club welcomes all its guests with great excitement and open arms.

The beach club is not only popular for its exceptional view and tropical vibes; it also provides some of the best fish and chips and pizza menu around.

The club has specials every day, so guests are never disappointed.

On Mondays they have their Monday Mayhem where guests can buy one pizza and get one free and on Tuesdays it has a Twosday special, where guests can buy one cocktail and get another free.

The beach club has hosted some of the most entertaining events in Fiji since opening last year.

Beach club director Lara Khan said they have been constantly hosting events.

"Since opening in November last year, we have hosted Ouvacast's Album launch, the first LOL Mada Stand-Up Comedy in the West, charity events, concerts and barrel nights," Mrs Khan said.

"On December 17 we will be hosting Nadi's first poetry slam and we are excited about it. We also have the New Year's Eve beach party too."

She said the events that they have hosted have been so successful that they have had to buy more tables and chairs. "The Stir It Up Fiji Music Festival was huge that we opened up our fence to create a larger space on the road and there was not an empty space in sight," she said.

She said the Stir It Up Fiji Musical Festival was the highlight for the beach club, as it was Fiji's biggest international music festival for the month of October.

"We had 10 artists fly in to perform," she said.

"The show was amazing because we had tourists fly in just to watch the show. We had more than 1800 people show up to our first show and we are excited to host the next one next year.

"Stir It Up Fiji 2023 is already in the planning phase. Renovations and extensions are in the pipeline and we can't wait to share it with everyone."

On expanding the business, Mrs Khan said they are keeping an eye out for new spaces.

She said they also want to focus on keeping their product and service consistent too.

"We have been quite fortunate. Through COVID-19 we struggled to keep our crowds under the restricted occupancy and that is not a big problem to have at all," she said.

"The locals really have been supportive of everything we have had to offer.

"They showed up in hard times and they continue to show up every day."

Beach Club's focus is to always give locals a great experience and having tourists share in that experience too is the icing on the cake for them.
