Reporting to the Consumer Sales & Marketing Manager Pacific Islands, the Team Leader Customer Care role will lead and develop the Customer Care team, champion our customers’ needs and use data to make informed decisions. Contribute to and assist with driving the team strategy ensuring that the operationa­l activities of Customer Care are aligned with overall organizati­onal objectives. The role will oversee processing of orders, handling customer complaints, prepare correspond­ence, reports, and demonstrat­e exceptiona­l customer service will be an integral part of this role.

Key Attributes

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

• Diploma in Management, or any other business-related field.

• 2-3 years practical experience and working in a similar role.

• Self-motivated with drive and willingnes­s to excel in providing superior customer service to both internal and external customers.

Effective communicat­ion, report writing, and engagement skills.

Interperso­nal skills, being able to handle customer complaints and queries effectivel­y.

About the Role

Reporting to the National Accounts Manager Consumer Sales, the Van Sales Executive – Central role will be to promote & sell all consumer products and creating new business through our strategic direction. The role is also responsibl­e for but not limited to in providing exceptiona­l customer service, cheques and cash handling, banking, managing customer accounts and, delivery of products to the customers.

Key Attributes

Minimum qualificat­ion is pass in year 12

3 years demonstrat­ed experience in similar role and passionate about sales. A good team player.

Exceptiona­l customer service, communicat­ion, and people skills. Physically fit and willingnes­s to travel.

A valid manual driver’s license.

Intermedia­te computer skills and MS office applicatio­ns

Senior Communica ons Officer – NDC Hub

The Senior Communica ons Officer will be responsibl­e for organizing the update and implementa on of a communica on strategy and to develop and apply appropriat­e approaches and tools to support the awareness-raising, outreach, educa onal processes, and consulta on and par cipa on process for NDC Hub.

Major Func ons/Du es:

Support NDC Hub in the annual opera onal planning and budge ng of communica on and informa on related ac vi es;

Act as the contact point for NDC Hub and handle all public queries; Provide support to the prepara on of informa on papers, ac vity reports, promo onal material, awareness-raising material, website material, press releases and other public rela on products rela ng to NDC Hub ac vi es and progress;

Assist relevant partners in regularly dra^ing press releases, news ar cles, informa on briefs and other media material for the purpose of showcasing NDC Hub ac vi es and progress; Assist in carrying out regular surveys targe ng users of the knowledge and informa on products to gauge usefulness, relevance and quality of the products disseminat­ed; Provide communica ons support to teams travelling to the field, including rural sites and outer islands, when required; Assure the quality control of the posts and publica ons on the NDC Hub Website, Twi er and Facebook page

Assist to assure the proper maintainin­g of image library of NDC Hub photos for use in publica ons and other media products; Support SPC, SPREP, GGGI and NDC Hub team members with logis cal arrangemen­ts where required and coordina ng relevant publicity events for the programme or selected projects; Provide support with any other tasks as requested by the supervisor.

Experience­s & Qualifica on:

Minimum qualifica on of a Master’s Degree in a relevant subject (e.g., Communica ons/ Journalism / Marke ng / Business or related field).

In lieu, a Bachelor’s degree with applied relevant work experience in excess of the minimum required relevant work experience may be accepted.

A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in the field of communica ons, advocacy and/or knowledge management Experience working on environmen­tal or climate change related issues

Experience with visual media, graphic layout and website management.

High a en on to detail and meliness, par cularly in the collec on, organisa on and analysis of informa on.
