Federation unveils its new logo
THE Fiji Commerce and Employers Federation (FCEF) officially unveiled its new logo as part of the federation’s full rebranding strategy, launched with a cocktail event at the Grand Pacific Hotel in Suva this week.
The new logo holds deep symbolism for the organisation’s future plans and core ideology going forward, while also being an ode to its long and rich history dating back to its conception in the 1960s.
According to the organisation, “the intertwining of green and blue symbolises the harmony of our plan and the focus on sustainability, painting a vivid picture of the Pacific’s timeless embrace where the land meets the ocean, and the ocean meets the land”.
“The motifs encircling the emblem embody our rich Pacific heritage and stand as a testament to our commitment to relay strong prosperous communities. The circular design symbolises completeness reflecting our steadfast pursuit of sustainable resilience.
“The brown bure, our central symbol of ancestry symbolises the cornerstone of our heritage. Emblazoned with FCEF within, it opens a path to collaborative relationships friendships and economic ventures for the greater good.
“With this new logo we not only embrace the past but also embrace the future and the exciting opportunities it holds.
FCEF board president Vinay Narsey said, “Rebranding is more than just changing a logo or a colour scheme. The rebranding process is really about changing how people think about our brand.”
He said the rebranding marked a significant milestone in FCEF’s journey, providing an opportunity to reflect on everything that the original FCEF brand stood for and everything it aspires to become.
