Background. Since founding their agency in 2001, Yann Le Coadic and Alessandro Scotto have built a reputation for creating a distinctive atmosphere for each project, achieving a certain purity in the decorative elements while remaining attentive to the historical context. The result: spaces that appeal to the senses and subtly stir the imagination. Recently completed. In 2020 the partners stayed busy with projects in Paris, including apartments on Avenue Foch and in the Saint Sulpice district plus a duplex on Rue d’Assas, pending the completion of a property in Minorca and a hotel in Venice.
