What’s new. In early 2020, after celebrating the reopening of the Dorchester hotel restaurant in London with their “updated” décor, Patrick Jouin and Sanjit Manku had plans to deliver no fewer than 17 projects by year’s end. Despite the pandemic, their track record remains impressive, including the completion of shops for Van Cleef & Arpels in Paris and Hong Kong, a London penthouse, an extension of the Hôtel Le Haras in Strasbourg and an apartment in Paris, plus redesigned and redecorated spaces at La Mamounia Palace Hotel in Marrakech.
