Since opening his architecture and interior design agency 20 years ago, Kazem Naderi has built up a large and loyal clientele in the United States. Influences. A graduate of the University of Columbia School of Architecture, he draws inspiration from the work of historic figures like Pierre Chareau, Eileen Gray, Adolf Loos, Mies van der Rohe and Le Corbusier, and from their dual expertise as both architects and designers. Naderi transposes this interdisciplinary dialogue in interiors that juxtapose different periods, styles and genres to create an intimate effect. He recently completed collectors’ homes in New York and Baltimore, plus a beauty salon for the Spiral brand in the heart of New York’s Tribeca neighborhood.
