THE CHARTRONS DISTRICT
The Chartrons district, located along the Garonne River, is famous for its superb stone edifices, built by the major Bordeaux wine shippers in the 18th and 19th centuries. This excursion to the home of the masters of Bordeaux wine ends with a tour of the Musée des Négociants (Wine-shippers’ Museum) and a wine tasting. From April 1st to November 15th On Wednesdays & Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.
