Alain Ducasse’s second restaurant at the Hôtel de Paris Monte-carlo is influenced by the cuisine of Greece and Turkey, the Middle East and North Africa – as well as France. Designed by Pierre-yves Rochon, the recently-opened restaurant overlooks the hotels gardens (as well as the sea) and has the feel of a luxury liner.
