My roots are Ar­gen­tine- Ital­ian, so I will have to say Fer­rari.

Maserati or Alfa Romeo, I like Ital­ian de­sign.

Where would you most like it to take you? To my

wife and chil­dren.

Which For­mula One driver would you like to drive you around? Fer­nando Alonso. What dish should ev­ery­one try dur­ing the Grand Prix? Some of our iconic dishes at Mirazur in­clude Gil­lardeau oys­ters with pear and beet­root caviar; Bordighera squid with bagna cauda sauce; Bali choco­late with burnt rose­mary ice cream and Sospel olive oil. After all the rac­ing, guests can en­joy a few hours of down­time. The restau­rant has sooth­ing panoramic views of the har­bour, the bay of Menton and our gar­dens.
