Recently awarded his third Michelin star for his Menton restaurant Mirazur, Italian-argentine chef Mauro Colagreco is the name to know in French cuisine. On the border of the French and Italian Rivieras just 20 minutes from Monte Carlo and nestled between the sea and mountains, Mirazur uses produce from its gardens. Colagreco has sourced meat and fish from traditional local farmers and fisherman and, so he says, tries to ‘create unexpected taste explosions’. Since opening in 2009 it has won numerous awards, including third place in the prestigious The World’s 50 Best Restaurants for 2018.
